There is also a single bed and extra mattress in the sun room for extra sleeping. The kitchen has a gas cook top and oven, and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, microwave and small appliances. This sound was always my motivation for the placement of a cabin on this beautiful property. This cabin sleeps 2(and only 2). The Studio Cabin is in a park like setting. Up against the GRDA East Spillway line for those who like to hike and explore the area. The cabin is all new with rustic siding on the outside, nice appointments for your comfort and fresh pine interior paneling. French doors coupled with 2 large windows allow for a full view to the GRDA land, and, spillway access. The cabin is wrapped on 2 sides with a covered deck, with fans for your comfort as well. Lake access is about 1/4 mile away. The jacuzzi is loaded with all the options, its own heater, lights, and of course the jets. If its not your pleasure to utilize the jacuzzi, then there is the shower that awaits you, as the tankless hot water heater will not run out of hot water. The Heat and Air Conditioner is a contemporary mini-split or sometimes called a "Ductless" system. All of its settings are by remote control at your bedside. This system operates with a whisper. Now we have installed a hot tub on the deck under the porch roof. It is a Solana TX by Hot Springs designed for 2. The spillway area at Disney is well known for its terrain as a trail jeep haven. The Little Blue always has some water making its way to Grand River. This is not a lake front nor lake view property, but certainly peaceful, private, and direct access to the rugged spillway grounds for your adventure, yet the lake is closeby. The Timbers provides a panoramic view of the tranquil Spring Valley. Horses grazing in the beautiful valley provide the perfect setting for an eveningout on the 800 square foot deck or sitting by the Timbers’ fire pit roasting marshmallows visiting with family and friends. The Timbers can seat up to 225 people comfortably for ministry events, wedding receptions, family reunions or special dinner events. The Timbers has a sleeping area, with its own full bathroom and can sleep up to 30 people. The Timbers 2,000 square foot Great Room features open beams, grand fireplace, beautiful furnishings, large flat screen TV, audio/visual equipment, stage if needed, Ping Pong table and board/card games. Complimenting the 2,000 square foot Timbers Great Room is a spacious seating area/conference room that also opens to the deck. Situated in a small, lovely community of South Shores, Neverland Retreat has access to a community pool, pond, lighthouse and boat slip! Four of the bedrooms have their own private balcony and bathroom. *The main living area houses the full size kitchen with gas range, dining room, living room, and half bathroom. The grill is located on the main level balcony along with seating to enjoy the view. *The bottom level includes the family room or game room which has a foosball table, an air hockey table, bean bag toss, and board games. There is a bathroom located downstairs that is accessible from the game room or the queen-sized bedroom. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The bottom level balcony is the largest including ample seating and a fire pit. The balcony can be accessed through the game room or the bedroom. *The third level (one level up from the main level) houses the washer and dryer and two queen-sized bedrooms. A relatively large area, it is able to accommodate many people with two sofas, two club chairs and ottoman and a 55 inch smart TV . Sunrise Cottage has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has killer views of the lake, king sized bed and it’s own private bathroom with double sink vanity and large shower. One of the bedrooms at the other end of the house boast a comfortable King size bed and the other is a Queen. These share a common bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The 4th and smaller bedroom has a large daybed and also a full size bed. It also has it’s own private bathroom with shower. Deck space is to your own desire. There is a screened in porch, an open deck with hot tub with seating close enough for the parents to have a view of the lake all while keeping an eye on the younger people as they are enjoying the hot tub. Main lake view, with a railed walkway to single slip covered dock, 2 PWC docks, and a swim deck. This 2 level cabin has a deck on each level to enjoy day or night. There is deck perimeter lighting on both levels. As well, there is also the dock, roof eve, and up lighting from nearby trees. While outside, enjoy your music from the outdoor speakers the stereo is set up with, or there is a CD player located near the 4 person Hot Tub. This is a place to enjoy even in cool weather, with the Hot Tub, and a fireplace on each level. However, the Master Bedroom Fireplace cannot be used. To do so is a big loss of entire deposit or charge of $250. Some guests rent a cabin with a fireplace in the winter time, arrive and are upset that a fireplace has a fireplace odor, as though in the winter time nobody is going to be using the fireplace except for them. Some travelers cannot operate a fireplace as well. So lower level fireplace is off limits. I just cant take the nonsense from the public regarding this fireplace any longer. The main level is fine to use, but if you do not have a fireplace at home, don't assume you know what you are doing, as you probably do not. More details on the amenities include fireplaces with blowers, Central Heat and Air. There are 4 TVs, and all with cable, 3 are with DVD capability, and the one in the 2nd bedroom with a VCR. The living room has a HDTV. (But not an LCD, nor a Plasma. Sorry) The Kids Bunkroom is a Bedroom/Laundry combo. It is setup with 2 of the well built multi-colored bunk beds, with the TV being wall mounted. The top or upper level consists of the Living Area, Kitchen, 2nd Bedroom, with closet and a Full Bathroom with an entry from the Living Area, and from the Bedroom. The driveway is over 100 ft. long and there is plenty of parking for your group's vehicles. When you are at the house, the lake is your playground and the home is comfortable and relaxing. You feel like you have escaped the hustle and bustle of daily life, yet you are only a few minutes from a marina and boat launch, groceries, convenience stores, bait shop, fishing licenses, gas stations, restaurants, boat rental facility, shopping, and many recreational opportunities. It is truly the best location on Grand Lake! Each living area boasts a 55" Ultra HD television with high-quality surround sound system, DirecTV satellite service and high-speed wireless internet. The main level master bath has a sleek rectangular sink for two and features a pedestal tub and separate modern shower. For persons with physical disabilities, there are three short steps to the front door but once inside the main level is wheelchair accessible throughout. There is a gently-sloped sidewalk that goes around the side of the house to allow persons with disabilities easy access to the lower level and dock.
